  4. The first release of ST ROMS has something known as the 40 folder limit!
  5. The 40 folder limit does not just mean you will have BAD PROBLEMS if you
  6. have more than 40 folders on the disk, it also means that successive
  7. accesses into nested folders will rapidly deplete the operating system's
  8. resources and result in bad DOS errors, disk hanging up, and damaged
  9. files; even your directory.

  11. Put all folders on your BBS disk in the MAIN DIRECTORY, and DO NOT PUT
  12. ANY FOLDERS INSIDE FOLDERS !!! THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS TOS BUG THAT IS
  13. SAID TO BE FIXED IN THE NEW VERSION OF ROMS which is expected to be
  14. released in fall of 1987.
